Dr. Dre is an American rapper, producer, and entrepreneur. He started out as a producer and co-founder of the rap group N.W. A. in the 80s, eventually going solo. The most profitable move in his career was that of entrepreneurship and his sale of Beats by Dre which he sold to Apple for a hefty amount then continued to grow his wealth through carefully chosen investments.

His music producing career has also been highly successful and to his credit, he has had a hand in the careers of stellar rap artists such as Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and 50 Cent to name a few. Dre was also a co-producer of the box-office hit and critically acclaimed bio-pic about N.W.A. the controversial group that started it all. The movie “Straight Outta Compton”, released in 2015 undoubtedly increased his bottom line and his dire need for an exceptional financial advisor.
