Wendie Jo Sperber’s performances are famous for the movies “I Want to Hold Your Hand”, “bachelor parties” and “Back to the Future” and TV sitcoms “The Hug” and “Benjamin”. In Back To The Future classic of the ’80s, the American actress Wendy Jo played the role of Marty McFly’s sister. She also acted in Bachelor Party, Back to the Future and TV sitcoms like Bosom Buddies and Private Benjamin.

Although she is known for her humorous and easy-to-laugh roles throughout her tumultuous film and television career, actress/comedian Wendie Jo Sperber showed a brave, compassionate and humane side in the last years of her life. Sadly, deadly cancer reoccurred and this time, it took her life with it on November 29, 2005, at 47 years of age. Her determination to help others selflessly throughout the course of the illness has not been overlooked, and she has won many honors. From what’s clear to us, Wendy Jo never had any need for alcohol or drug rehabilitation which is a good thing for her.
