NATASHA RICHARDSON

Famous for her role in the hit film The Parent Trap, Natasha Richardson was the daughter of Hollywood star Vanessa Redgrave and director-producer Tony Richardson. Natasha also appeared in several blockbusters, such as Maid in Manhattan and The White Countess. The actress won several awards for her performance in the 1998 Broadway revival of Cabaret, where she played the role of Sally Bowles.

Her exquisite talent in that production bagged her a Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical, and a Drama Desk Award for Oustanding Actress in Musical, and the Outer Critics Circle Award. Sadly, Natasha got into a skiing accident that caused a traumatic brain injury called an epidural hematoma, leading to her death in 2009 at 45 years old. Her husband, famous actor Liam Neeson and their sons, were devasted. He took over all the financial details, especially her fortune with the help of their financial advisor.
