SAWYER SWEETEN

Sawyer Sweeten was among the few celebrities who struggled with depression and committed suicide at a young age. He was 19 when he died, two weeks before his supposedly 20th birthday. Many were saddened that he was not able to get professional treatment. Sawyer was famous for being one of the twins in Everybody Loves Raymond. Even when he went back as a guest in Disney Channel’s Even Stevens in 2000 and appeared in the film Frank McKlusky, C.I. as the young Frank, his struggles won over that led to his death.

Most of his co-stars were saddened by his sudden death, saying that he was one of the sweetest and funniest boys they had worked with. Madilyn, his on-screen and real-life sister, later released a powerful statement, “Reach out to the one who loves you.” This tragic moment must have broken his family’s heart. Hopefully, the young actor had provided them investment money to help them start their lives again.
