BRIAN CHRISTOPHER

A member of a wrestling superstar family, professional wrestler Brian Christopher Lawler was the son of famous wrestler Jerry Lawler and the brother of wrestling referee Kevin Christian. He was best known in the WWE as Brian Christopher and Grand Master. A one-time WWF Tag Team Champion as part of Too Cool, he also won 44 titles within the United States Wrestling Association. Christopher had personal problems, including evading the police on July 7, 2018.

His tragic death happened in his Tennessee jail cell due to an apparent suicide just 22 days after. He hanged himself and was reported brain dead. He was only 46 years old. His father, Jerry, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Hardeman County and Hardeman County Sheriff John Doolen for failing to protect his son while he was in their custody. The lawyers made a good case, and they are now set for a trial.
