KIMBO SLICE

Martial artist Kevin Ferguson, who is also known as Kimbo Slice, became popular for street fighting. He was popular for being a Bahamian mixed martial artist, boxer, and pro wrestler. Hailed by The Rolling Stone as “The King of the Web Brawlers,” he also appeared in several movies because of his talent. When Kimbo left the world of underground fighting, he was signed by EliteXC in 2007 and then moved with Bellator MMA until he passed away.

Kimbo wowed the audience when he won against Houston Alexander in the finale of The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights. Sadly, he was rushed to the hospital on June 5, 2016, where he suffered from heart failure and died. The autopsy also revealed a malignant mass in his liver that may have exacerbated his condition. Many people, including his family and friends, were devastated by this loss. Let’s just hope his investment money managers were able to handle his account well for his family.
