LEONARD NIMOY

The popular Mr. Spock character of the sci-fi movie Star Trek, was an American actor, author, photographer, film director and singer. His performance on Star Trek earned him three Emmy nominations and started his career as a writer and director, especially “Star Trek 4”. Often nicknamed “Another Dr. Spock” because of his degree in biology and photography. He rose from his humble beginnings to stardom with his starring role in Kid Monk Baroni and other famous works.

Nimoy lived a successful life marred only by his smoking addiction which would later lead to his being diagnosed with obstructive pulmonary disease. Despite the subsequent treatments he received, he died of complications of the smoking-related ailment in 2015. One thing could be said of Nimoy, he was up to date with all his life insurance policies and lived free of bankruptcy and other financial impediments.
