CHRISTOPHER PETTIET

Christopher Lee Pettiet is an American TV and film actor. He started his career as a child actor, starring in TV series, TV movies and movies. Christopher Pettiet rose to the limelight with his portrayal of Jesse James in The Young Riders. He went on to star in Don’t Tell Mom The Baby Sitter Is Dead as Zach Crandell. Like many young Hollywood actors, Chris joined the world of drug addicts with its attendant problems.

Worse still, he did not enroll in any drug treatment program against the advice of his loved ones. Tragically, his life came to an abrupt end in 2004 after a drug overdose. Drug rehab centers would have given him a new lease of life and probably extended his earthly life. May he rest in peace. He was cremated and his ashes were scattered in the sea near Topanga Canyon Road in Santa Monica, California.
