GINA MASTROGIACOMO

Gina Mastrogiacomo initially received a degree in art design and worked as a model in print advertising. In 1990, Martin Scorsese discovered her in the public film “Goodfellas” and won the mistress of Ray Liotta in the film. Gina starred in Goodfellas and The Naked Gun2 ½: The Smell Of Fear, thanks to veteran director Martin Scorsese who not only discovered her but got her both roles. She later starred in The X-Files.

The beautiful American-Italian actress died at 39 before the world could fully appreciate her talents. She was struck on May 2, 200 by a rare bacterial heart infection called myocarditis, an unfortunate and untimely loss for Hollywood. Nothing is known concerning Gina’s life insurance policies but we are certain that she lived free of drug rehabs.
