SUNNY JOHNSON

Sunny Johnson was born on September 21, 1953, in San Bernardino County, California, and his name is Sunny Suzanne Johnson. She is an actress, known for “Flying” (1983), “The Night Lights Are Off in Georgia” (1981) and “Buffalo Roaming” (1980). Her stardom was short-lived but celebrated. Sunny Johnson made her debut with the television series, Baretta then made appearances in Charlie’s Angels.

She also starred in other films including Dr. Heckyl and The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia. Sunny would be remembered for a long time for her impressive role in Flashdance’s hit movie of the ’80s. Tragically, a blood vessel burst in her brain in 1984 causing her to fall into a coma with no hope of recovery and no need for further treatment. Her family therefore resorted to taking her off the respirator. Her attorneys declared that it was not a case of wrongful death.
