George Kennedy was an award-winning actor who won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in Cool Hand Luke was equally nominated for a Golden Globe Award for his role in Airport. He also appeared in other popular films, including Flight of Phoenix and The Dirty Dozen. The decorated star lived a well-fulfilled career and life, all the while maintaining a good credit score throughout. He had a lasting impact and contribution in the film industry, as proven by his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

George also enjoyed writing books as he had published a trilogy with the titles: Murder on Location, Murder on High, and Trust Me. The veteran actor had a colorful career before breathing his last in 2016 at the age of 90.
