CANDACE CAMERON – DIET & EXERCISE
Candace Cameron Bure is an author, actress, producer, and talk show panelist. The 44-year-old blonde beauty had some weight issues in the past. Fortunately, she didn’t wait long before getting into action. She started a fitness plan and strict diet with exercise. In 2019, she was mostly on a vegan diet except for eggs and occasional fish. She is even generous enough to share her day-to-day meals online for people to see.
Candace also makes sure she takes at least two glasses of water in the morning before eating anything and does a lot of cardio. She also has an 80/20 rule which means a person must eat clean 80% percent of the time and the 20% remaining is for your favorite treats. We have to give Candace credit for it’s not easy to lose weight in a short period of time, especially in a healthy and proper manner.
