JONATHAN ANTOINE – DIET & EXERCISE

Jonathan Antoine is an English-trained tenor. He appeared on the sixth season of the hit reality talent search Britain’s Got Talent. Jonathan has always been on the bigger side when it comes to his size. After releasing a few singles and music videos, he realized that there is still one thing missing in his life. He wanted to feel good about himself and become more mindful of his health. This is what led him to start a diet and have an exercise plan.

He even described his workout sessions as hectic, and from what we’ve seen, it totally paid off! He lost more than 50 pounds within a matter of months. Jonathan made quite the investment when he decided that he would embark on a weight loss journey, but from what we’ve seen, it is all so very worth it. He might have an on-again-off-again relationship with his weight loss program but we’re guessing he would always come back to choosing a healthier lifestyle.
