JORDIN SPARKS – LIFESTYLE CHANGE

Jordin Sparks is comfortable with her body. She doesn’t mind whether her thighs are rubbing or if she fits into bigger-size jeans. Her motivations in changing her lifestyle are purely for her health, and the side effects of it is her getting into shape. The talented singer rose to fame as being declared as the winner of 2007’s American Idol. Jordin decided to take charge of her body and health to cope up with the demands of her work, and constant touring and performing.

She started her weight loss journey by taking note of what she eats and removed junk food from her diet. She also started doing different forms of exercises to keep her from plateauing or getting bored. She credits her trainer for keeping her motivated while not pushing her to limits. Now, Jordin has shed off 50 pounds of weight and was able to maintain it through the years.
