Robert De Niro is a well-known actor, director, and producer. He is famous for the nine collaborations he had with the renowned filmmaker Martin Scorsese and his different awards. To look believable as an ex-convict in Cape’s Fear, he needed to lose weight. He achieved the ideal physique by doing a high-carbohydrate diet and fueling his workout routine. Likewise, he was only consuming whole grains, spinach, broccoli, and brown rice. Robert also had previous street credit for his physical dedication to Raging Bull. He is proud of what he sacrificed to become better in films. At 77 years old, he still enjoys his career and continues to work on projects.
