Kimberly Denise Jones, popularly known as Lil’ Kim, is not only a renowned rapper, but she is also a reality television personality. She constantly transforms, and it is not just her body shape that is constantly changing, but her overall appearance, too. After all, she had a number of plastic surgeries done on her. The 46-year-old rap star is all for body positivity; she even claps back at people who would make distasteful comments about her body figure.
Lil’ Kim started being conscious about her weight back in 2009 when she joined the popular television show Dancing With The Stars. She instantly lost 20 pounds. Apart from all the dance rehearsals for the show, she also works out with Jonas Serrano, a well-known trainer she gives credit to for helping her stay in shape. Of course, the road to a healthier body will be unattainable if it wasn’t paired with a disciplined diet. She hired the food delivery service of Freshology, which caters to the weight-loss program suited for the rapper. Lil’ Kim only eats 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day and she never forgets to keep herself hydrated.
