Sophia Bush is an American director, actor, activist, and producer that is known for her role in the hit TV series, One Tree Hill. Aside from showcasing her talent consistently on the show, Sophia has also starred in popular films such as John Tucker Must Die, The Hitcher, and Chalet Girl. Sophia’s rise to fame may have been because of her portrayal of Brooke Davis in One Tree Hill but what people don’t realize is that the variety of film genres Sophia has starred in make her one of the most versatile actresses of her time.

In her recent Instagram posts, Sophia showed her fans that she has no problem with keeping herself physical fit even while stuck at home. She also created different training techniques to help others stay healthy. Sophia’s latest acting credit was voicing Karen in The Incredibles prequel which came out more than a decade after the first.
