Jennifer Grey

At the young age of 19, Jennifer Grey appeared on a commercial of Dr. Pepper. She later gained further prominence and popularity thanks to her role in the 1986 film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off as Jeanie Bueller. The actress also appeared as Patrick Swayze’s leading woman in Dirty Dancing, a film that received the Academy Award for Best Original Song and the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song.

For her performance, Grey received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Comedy or Musical. It was a testament to her talent and versatility. She went on to receive more credit for her appearances in films such as Bloodhounds of Broadway, Bounce and Wind. This was on top of her regular TV guestings, including a part in the show Friends.
