ZION WADE

Everybody knows Dwayne Wade, right? He’s a basketball player and a loving father at the same time. However, what we don’t know is news about his son, Zion Wade, who recently came out as part of the LGBTQ community. Dwayne has said to the press he supports his son in his life choices and fired back at internet trolls after making some negative comments on Zion’s appearance on social media. People who are saying some of these nasty comments could really end up getting sued and getting a trip to the lawyer soon.

Even then, there were already hints of Zion’s association with the LGBTQ community as early as April, with Zion making an appearance in Miami during the Beach Pride March. Dwayne remarked that he, as a father, was not speaking on behalf of his 12-year-old child but rather the entirety of the community because he understands the struggles that many LGBTQ people, especially blacks, are currently facing in the modern world. It’s unknown if Zion has had any previous relationships yet, but we’re sure that Dwayne’s ready to support his son in whatever he’ll do.
