Station 19 is an action-drama series and the second spin-off of Grey’s Anatomy created by Stacy McKee for ABC network. It premiered in March 2018 and was renewed in May 2021 for its fifth season. In 2017, it received a series of orders from the ABC network, and the cast was filled out by October 2017. The executive producers for the show are Shonda Rhimes, Paris Barclay, Betsy Beers, and Stacy McKee.

The action-drama follows a group of ethnic Seattle Fire Department heroic firefighters at Station 19, from the captain down to the lowest ranks, in their professional and personal lives. For its first season, Rotten Tomatoes reported an approval rating of 65% and has an average rating of 6/10 based on 17 reviews. The Metacritic assigned a score of 55 out of 100, which uses a weighted average based on ten critics, giving the show a degree of sufficient achievement.
