Love Island | CBS | Renewed for Season 3

Love Island is an American adaption of the British reality show of the same name. In August of 2018, CBS announced that they have shelled out some investment money for the production of the show and premiered the first season of the American Love Island a year later, in July 2019. The premise of the reality show is simple, contestants will live in isolation in a villa in Fiji, where each contestant would then try to couple with another contestant, whether it be for survival or love, and the winning couple will win a hefty sum of $100,000.

Through the pandemic, the show’s second season was fortunate enough to continue, and CBS was successful in moving the production to The Cromwell Las Vegas. It aired on August 24, 2020, and in 2021, CBS announced that production for the reality show’s third season is underway, which will take place in Hawaii. Fans will surely be thrilled that the show is set to premiere on July 7, 2021.
