Tough as Nails | CBS | Renewed through Season 4

Tough as Nails is a television series featuring contestants that outwit and outpower their fellow contestants by completing hard and grueling challenges on job sites. With real-world challenges, competitors are put to the test in terms of strength, endurance, agility, and mental toughness. Even if they win the solo competition, they can still compete in team tournaments throughout the season for additional prizes. In it, contestants fight in 6-on-6 team challenges, solo matches, and “Overtime” elimination clashes, all contributing to the show’s high degree of competitiveness.

The show started in October 2019, when CBS first ordered it to be a 10-episode show, to be hosted and produced by Phil Keoghan, alongside his wife, Louise. Come August 2020, and the series was slated for its second season, which aired in February of the following year, concluding its second, 10-episode season. However, not long after in April, CBS yet again ordered the series’ revival through the renewal of not one but two seasons, although the release dates are yet to be announced.
