Walker | The CW | Renewed for Season 2

The entertainment industry is no stranger to remaking and rebooting old franchises for modern audiences. Despite often being composed of a new cast and crew, it’s clear that the project’s name alone already has a high degree of attraction to bring in numerous viewers, notable fans of the original.

One such show that has recently received a new iteration would be the Chuck Norris-led action-crime series Walker, Texas Ranger. Its reboot, titled Walker, premiered its first season back on January 21, 2021, with the titular hero now portrayed by Jared Padalecki. Along with the original’s fan base, it’s safe to say a good portion of this reboot’s viewers are fans of Jared. He is universally known for his performance as Sam Winchester in the Supernatural TV series. With that said, Walker recently received another chance to release five more episodes for its first season. Plus, the show is just waiting for the announcement of the new season!
