LeBron James

House: Beverly Hills, California | $36.75 Million

Car: Rolls-Royce Phantom | $450,000

LeBron James is one of NBA’s most recognized basketball players in his time. Despite having a tragic childhood, his talent was never diminished. As a first-year student at St. Vincent-St. Mary’s High School, his extensive basketball knowledge led his team to win two consecutive Division III State championships. During this time, James’ skills in basketball (and not to mention football) caught so much attention that he received All-state honors. After finishing school, the future basketball champion was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers. He eventually became the youngest athlete in NBA history to have scored 40 points in a single game and also the youngest to be recognized as Rookie of the Year.

With James’ massive fame came huge investments in real estate, such as the $36.75 million Beverly Hills Mansion, which houses a tennis court and a movie theater. His luxury car collection would be lacking without a Rolls-Royce Phantom, which was gifted by Shaq.
