SWEETENED NON-FAT YOGURT
Yogurt can easily be any fit woman’s favorite breakfast. They sometimes go with the smoothie, or in the bowl of granola. Sometimes they just go in a bowl with lots of toppings. However, a container of fat-free yogurt with sugar-sweetened fruit turns into a bowl of sugar. In fact, a study went to a degree of saying that it contains more sugar than a container of ice cream would have.
While fat isn’t such a bad thing as we would sometimes need it, it becomes so when they become too much, and we aren’t able to turn them into energy. Also, it triggers the release of the hormone cholecystokinin (CCK), which isn’t really nice.
