A PIECE OF FRUIT
The working and busy people would sometimes grab a fruit and go by it at the top of their morning. Sure, no problem. Only that, to some degree, they have to start thinking if that’s really a virtuous choice? Much more if they are a parent. Yes, fruits are healthy, rich in minerals, and antioxidants.
However, the problem there is if you’re an on-the-go person or thinking student, your body will need protein. Your brain will need much protein to function. Going just by a fruit doesn’t provide much, and as a result, you’re probably wondering how you are distracted an hour later with hunger, needing a desperate trip to grab something to eat. You got it bad.
