FRUIT JUICE
Just like the OJ concentrate is mostly high-fructose sugar, chugging other fruit juices like apple juice and all the others out there in one sitting will only add more calories and sugar in your mass. Even with the label stating 100 percent fruit juice, it still only is a high-calorie and high-sugar drink.
What’s missing in this breakfast is always the protein you need for the day and the fiber that comes from the real organic fruit. So, really, it’s a much better health investment to eat three apples in one sitting with lots of veggies and nuts to complete this breakfast meal.
