NO MORNING GLASS OF WATER
It may seem that we’ve shifted to breakfast habits at this point in the read, but before you drift off, get this important point. Water is life to our body, and three to four days without it, a person may not be able to make it. That said, water is just so important not only for our body but also for our health and wellness. Water dissolves minerals and nutrients, so it becomes easy for our bodies to absorb them.
